Adding a link to Tweet

Making sure people can tweet to this site easier

Context

• Noticed there was no ability to tweet directly.

Summary of Changes

• Added one link to the About page. I'm a new contributor, I hope this helps!

Hi @joewadcan, sorry it has taken so long to review this.

I would be interested in merging this if it were added to the other locales as well: https://github.com/RefugeRestrooms/refugerestrooms/tree/develop/config/locales

Also, please note that a set of double quote marks "" can't contain other double quote marks, it would have to be a set of single quote marks ''. And likewise, a set of single quote marks '' can only contain a set of double quote marks "" for it to work properly.

P.S. Lastly, just so you are aware, only repositories with the hacktoberfest topic added to them count toward the Hacktoberfest pull request number this year, due to a new policy: https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/hacktoberfest-update

Refuge Restrooms has that topic set and is opted in, but any other repositories you may have contributed to would need to opt in as well for the pull requests to count there.
