multiple up/down votes possible in single session #674

I came across a location that I knew was legit, noticed it had 1 upvote, 2 downvotes, so I upvoted, and the score went up. Then I upvoted a few more times until it was in "the green" (70%+ it looks like)?

Is there a limit on votes per session? It's worrisome that people could really skew these if they wanted to, especially with mal intent.

Does this duplicate issue #357?

@DavidVadnais yeah, it looks like that prior issue is about the same problem.

We do appear to have two open Pull Requests to fix it, but they stalled.

Sorry for the lack of responses/fixes, the remaining maintainers here don't truly have time to dedicate to this project anymore, though keeping its dependencies up-to-date and making sure it still works isn't very hard and something we intend to keep doing -- the site shouldn't be going anywhere in the foreseeable future.

But I think we need to put up a message saying project is in "maintenance mode" and unlikely to see new features or even certain fixes may just not have the time to properly get them across the finish line, and keeping the code the same is a safer bet than possibly introducing new bugs, etc.
