tests: enable other UserResource tests #38

There is an issue in Grav causing the UserResource tests to fail. Once https://github.com/getgrav/grav/issues/2620 is resolved and released, then the version of Grav should be updated and the tests uncommented.

Grav v1.6.12 has been released. It contains the fix which should allow the UserResource tests to work.
