Inconsistent formatting of callouts for addexam #21

The note under addexam is seen with a lightbulb icon. image.png

If I am not mistaken, the lightbulb icon is reserved for tips as seen here.

Such inconsistent formatting can be confusing for users who are speed-reading and refer to the callouts by their icons instead of the tip and note word convention. A suggestion would be to add a convention table at the start to let users know what all these conventions mean.
