CI fix #199

The CI is currently failing and this PR is attempting to fix that.

Also, instead of running the CI checks with Node version 18, we should also check with Node version 20.

@cuteolaf Any ideas on how to fix the CI? It was working fine, but after yesterday's commit, it just stopped working and is now giving this strange error.

Additional note: I tried re-running the CI workflow from the last commit where it was successful, and it failed now: https://github.com/RegionX-Labs/CoreHub/actions/runs/10027424177/job/27998715218
