Multiple Maps: Basemap with Streetnames #132

For the Schools, Discretionary Income, & Walkability map, the basemap should have street names in it similar to the jobs map in Chapter 1.

I have no idea how they did this. We're using a simple basemap form Mapbox. I tried to add richer data on CartoDB and it looked bonkers. So I will mark this as not possible for now.
