Schools: Median Household Income Breakdowns #96

Thanks for catching an error in #87 where the dots are falling off in the hover state.

The breakdowns for the Median Household Income choropleth colors should be $0 - 41,000 $41,001 - 58,000 $58,001 - 76,000 $76,001 - 99,000 $99,000 - $250,000 or more (the highest value is $250,001)

but the user would only see the labels $0 on the low end, and $250,000 on the high end of the legend

I hadn't deployed it yet. They should be there now.
