[AMTS] Transmitter will not send Compressed Matter Packages in latest experimentals #2

On one of the most recent builds with bike racks. Trying to use Transmitter to send a 60x rags compressed matter does nothing.

Update: When purchasing from the shop with the Receiver, it will allow you to buy the item without deducting points as well. Seems some recent LUA changes broke this mod, though the devs didn't want to admit it and told me to bug report here : )

latest build here, everything works just fine?
