Make the designdir before running #1

Curent version requires to have a designdir with rmap and baitmap. The path to designdir has then to be modified in the test.R.

Probably it is better to get rid of the designdir?

You mean get rid of it as have files supplied as individual arguments? Sounds reasonable if you prefer.

On a separate note, should we continue using the issue tracker on bitbucket to avoid splitting them across two platforms?

Yes, I just wanted to keep the chicago structure. But finally I don't think we really need it here. OK then, will change that.

Sure – just note that users will have designDir set up, since the package will require Chicago anyway.
