question about the resulting OE coordinate #13

Hi, I want to get the raw differential interaction count for each sample, so I assigned the differential interaction coordinate of the chicdiffPipeline output file to the Chicago data file. But the resulting differential interaction OEend coordinate was not consistent with the Chicago output otherend coordinate? Is there anything wrong or did I misunderstand? Bai, Best regards
