add EliteBook 2x70 USB configuration #11

This enables all 3 USB ports on the 2570p, as well as the camera. I've based it on SSDT-USB-6x70, which is essentially a superset configuration.

Thanks for the corrections. I've confirmed that everything is working properly (particularly the integrated camera).
