Added basic support for Plextor/Liteon #17

Eventually it needs major rework, like moving devids=("pci144d,a802" "pci144d,a804" "pci1987,5007") to infos, and breaking device groups into folders, but here is first baby step.

Will not pull. I don't want to have duplicated patches for each preferred block size patch. Since it is only a single patch, you can use normal spoof procedures, then add the single patch to your config.plist (use HackrNVMeFamily for Name instead of IONVMeFamily).
