Added the PCI IDs of Toshiba NVME PCIe SSD

No need to add these ids.

current result uses class-code matching, not specific device-ids.
10.13 adds native support for 512 byte NVMe blocks, so this script will become obsolete

If anything, I should remove the device-id matching option, as it was never exposed as a command line option anyway.
