After installing this kext I frequently get "I/O disk error" in my system log.

Apps seem to break as well. For example, AppleSpell keeps crashing.

This is with Samsung SSD 950 PRO 512GB (NVMe) M.2.

Actually, this seems to have more to do with the update to 10.11.6. Closing for now...
