🐛 Bug Report: All push notifications even calling just working with foreground only Not in killed state

👟 Reproduction steps

All push notifications just working with foreground only not for background and not evening killing status . we need to work on it. on notification we are calling API that is also not working.

👍 Expected behavior

notifications click action work for all states of app.
