Discord v13 update #14

I know it's not ready yet but just wanted to point out the "simple" example is using outdated join command both in readme and in the example folder. And that it would be nice to also have an example on how to pass parameters for witAI (that is free)

Oh, I didn't notice that. Thank you for pointing that out, I updated it. In a few days I will write an example how to use witAI.
