Wont Send the client the command

At first it work just fine. But when i closed it and reopened it to stopped 
working.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Shutdown Pandora and restart it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It will jump to the client window but no command is being sent. I can manually 
type commands just fine. 

I closed to client to check and see if Pandora sees the client and i got the 
cant detect client error. restarted Pandora and no error but still wont send 
the command to the client.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UO client 7.0.7.1 - Pandora 3.0.0.5

Dont know if this is a bug or just a problem at my end.

I started Pandora normally and what i posted up top was happening. When i read 
this issue (linked above) i ran it as admin on Win7 and it works just fine. 

As stated in the post (link above) you need to make it ask to run as win7 admin 
every time u start Pandora.
