DI fluid recipes not tech-gated #233

Capture This is the beginning of a new factorio game and these recipes are unlocked for some reason.

There is not a clean way to do this, as the source materials change with what is available, and several materials have multiple different ways of obtaining them, depending on the mods involved. Given that the recipes still cannot be made, I am not sure this is worth digging further into.
