Pollution cloud does not display #234

On any save that has ever had this mod enabled the pollution cloud is invisible in map view even when the display pollution option is clicked

That simply means your pollution levels are too low to display; NVDay increases the scale, as it increases the typical emissions levels. You can set it back in the map settings.
