Plasma Turret sprite broken #239

So the plasma turret when placed has a huge sprite but when it shoots it shrinks down to the normal size of a laser turret.

I have never seen that happen, including now.

Similar to mine, meaning the fact I do not see this is even more weird...

I redid the sprite for other reasons. Are there any issues now?
