Low Ammo Alert isn't working #308

If a turret gets filled up automatically by an inserter, the alarm ignores it and keeps making sounds, therefore I have had to turn off all sounds in factorio cause it's annoying and doesn't work, also, please make the low/critical turret ammo another color than red, I have started to ignore my attack alarm as well...

The alert should recheck its validity every time it is fired; how the ammo is loaded in is not relevant.

yet at least for me any single time turret is fireing it shows the allert. Even thou it has 10-11 stacks of ammo crate inside of itself. Its super annoying.

I encounter the same problem, a toggle for the sound alert in the mod options menu would be very welcome.

Having same issue as @Altarincze, the turret low ammo alerts appear to be effecting the turret_fire alert in my game as well. The alarm is very annoying.

Ended up changing 'turret-alerts.lua' to volume = 0 and this temporarily fixed the issue.

Having same issue.

I have ammo automatically inserted from belts into turrets. They're full. From 10 to 11 magazines in each, and every time turret shoots, I have these annoying alarm sounds. When I get attacked from different sides of map, from 50 to 100 turrets shooting at once the alarm plays constantly and it really drives me crazy even though it shouldn't play.

The map setting "Turret ammo warning threshold" appears not to be working at all because even if you set it to 20 (which is according to descripton = 2 magazines) the alaram triggers anyway. No other number of that setting doesn't change anything.

We're not the only one having this issue, can you please fix it? Factorio v. 1.1 (actual version by 22.07.2021) Endgame Combat v. 1.105.1 (actual version by 22.07.2021)
