T-Re(e)plant: No stumps #361

When trees are cut down they do not leave stumps. I have tested this with your mod and nothing else. I also tried different configuration options. Just to make sure I tried an unmodded game and trees do leave stumps. Thanks for looking at this.

Depending on your settings, this is normal. What are your settings?
