Endgame Combat crashing with LUA Error #396

Mod version: 1.151.1 We are running a rather heavily modded server, and endgame combat keeps crashing. Modlist is attached. All mods are updated. Currently we cant replicate the crash, so we unfortunately cant provide that. One theory might be placed orbital strikes that we placed around the map. The referenced lines in the error message are commented with "not placeable by robot, so can assume player", but some of our orbital strikes where placed that way, that might be the issue.

I'm not a professional, but happy to assist in any way I can. I hope i provided all the details necessary for analysis

Okay, just tried my suspicions, and the mod and server crashes when placing a ghost orbital strike.
