Geotermal equpment avalible from the start?! #411

Hi! Equpment for geotermal is avalible from the star of the game, but still require research in order to work, can int be removed from craftable inventory or is it as intended?!

What? It all needs research to be unlocked.

You have mods messing with it.

Tested this today, in the latest version with just Geothermal enabled and no other mods. The Geothermal Well and exhanger are available from the start as stated by OP. Obviously you can't build them till much later so it doesn't break anything except immersion.
