Turret Monitoring doesnt send me any alerts at all. #417

I only have Endgame Combat enabled and the dependencies. I made a new game in sandbox, unlocked all research and got 0 alerts even though a turret was slowing going out of ammunition. I have some other mods installed but I disabled them for this test.

I tested it in a normale freeplay game too. doesnt seem to send any alerts at all
