[Suggestion] Geothermal: Make cooling effect an option #434

I appreciate the mechanic of geothermal water cooling off in regular fluid wagons, but in a world using LTN, it would be very difficult to get only trains with insulated wagons to respond to the requests on geothermal stations.

Could you please make this effect an optional feature?
