[Suggestion][Chromaticraft] Support for RFTools dimensions #1440

Adding native Chromaticraft support, like that found for Mystcraft, would be nice.

Blacklisting chroma dimension biomes from dimlets
Adding dimlets for pylons, cave crystals, ores, plants, and structures
Possibly adding negative effect dimlets, such as hostile aura

I understand if any or all of this won't/can't happen with McJty having moved on from 1.7.10, and as with #1038, this must wait until IF/when an update to the latest version of minecraft occurs.

I did the first, since it was high-priority.

Em... you can just enable in config "Generate Pylons in Non-Overworld" and the pylons will be generating in RFTools world but you can't use the Pylon compas it just don't work.

That is because ChromatiCraft has no way of identifying RFTools dimensions.
