[CrC] Network doesn't work in Mystcraft dimension #2096

I made a Mystcraft dimension with pylons in order to be able to use Elemental Harvesters in that dimension as well as other lumen-powered devices, and set up the repeaters which showed the correct numbers when right clicking them, but found that when I left and rejoined the dimension the repeaters no longer showed numbers and wouldn't provide lumens to a relay source.

Is this specific to Myst dimensions, or is it #1100?
