[REQUEST] T2 turbocharged lumen beacon #2336

Even though there isn't really a need for such a thing, it would look cool?

EDIT: Also, due to the complexity of the lumen beacon, could the upgraded version get its own structure fragment?

This is halfway done, but my MCEdit is broken and I am not willing to code this thing by hand.
