Reactor not working!!! #3358

I biult the reactor like thhe youtube video told me, but it's not working! What am I doing wrong??!??? I checked every magnet and everything! Fix your mod!

@JanBenicek Reika has many date-based events in her mods, and this construction is unique to the day I posted this

It doesn't look like all the Toroid Magnets are receiving power from Van de Graaffs?
