Chromaticraft Info Fragment Storage #3379

Is it possible to retrieve blank info fragments stored in the Chromic Lexicon? I had been stashing the fragments I found during exploration in the book, but now that I am setting up shop and ready to start digging into research... I'm left unclear on how to get them out. Am I missing something obvious? Or have I been noob trapped out of 200 odd fragments?

You can right click the book with space in your inventory to extract blank fragments. A line in "The Lexicon" entry describing this functionality might be welcome. would have saved me a day of hairpulling.
