[ChromatiCraft] Lexicon should link to multiblock pages in the relevant construct's entry

To aid in both accessing multiblock info and identifying that the construct you're trying to use is a multiblock, I think entries for constructs that require a structure should link to their corresponding multiblock page with a tab on the right, when viewing them in the lexicon.
