WAILA integration: duplicated info on ReC and CC blocks #773

Reactorcraft shows duplicate tanks for some of blocks with them (Uranium Processor, Isotope Centrifuge, Turbine, Heat Exchanger). Steam Boiler and CO2 heat Exchanger don't have the issue . Chromaticraft shows Tile Acceleration Factor on TA thrice - possibly other blocks, but I don't know which CC blocks have WAILA info.

Replicated using latest existing relevant mods (WAILA 1.5.10/MobiusCore 1.2.5, ReC V12d, CC V12e, DragonAPI v12e) Additionally installed - ElectriCraft V12c, ExpandedRedstone V12a, RotaryCraft V12e, PotionExtension 1.1.0 (which should not affect this). Using Forge 1.7.10-10.13.4.1614.

This is a known issue, and neither I nor ProfMobius have any idea as to the cause.
