Is this an cIOS issue or an issue with USBLoader GX / WiiFlow

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run USBLoader GX or WiiFlow with IOS 249
2. Attempt to "install" a game from Wii DVD to USB Flash Drive
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result: a successful 100% "installation" of the game

Actual result: system locks up requiring a forced shutdown by holding the power 
button until the led turns red, or unplugging the Wii

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
USBLoader GX 2.3 & 3.0 (official and beta builds)
WiiFlow Mod official release of r590 and betas up to r594 as released by Fix 
for testing of Devolution support.

SM 4.3U and cIOS249 (tested with v6, v7 final, v8 final and v9 beta r47 & beta 
r49

Please provide any additional information below.
The only way I can successfully "install" games is to use cIOS 250 instead of 
249. I am using retail discs, and make certain there are no scuffs, scratches, 
fingerprints, etc anywhere on the discs. I have tried NSMB Wii, Skyward Sword, 
Super Mario All-Star Collection, Twilight Princess, and Metal Slug Collection.

Disregard this issue please. I am making an enhancement request instead for 
better USB Flash Drive support.
