Hi!

I'd create a pull request for 14852a42883adcd642806d7a34688e03ab3b61a4, since it has only changes to fix the bugs in the title. I'd believe you'd most likely have any objections against that commit. But something seems to be wrong in github or I just don't know how to use it. The pull request button is gone if I change head to anything else than master =).

However, master should also work on any platform since gcw0 specific things are in #ifdedfs; but there are also some GCW Zero specific files added in there. See for yourself!

I've created a new pull request with the general-fixes branch; I believe my master is not clean enough to pull just yet.
