New January Code File and Alternate Responses #15

Create a new code file for January releases. This file may have to be updated annually based on what is changed.

Responses will be updates for New Years as opposed to the holidays responses in place now.

Created a new code file and added more responses. Instead of two new responses there are now four additional ones. This is 100% more new responses than the December update.
