No Permissions to Delete Messages #7

Your bug (What bug you found): The bot does not have permission to delete messages in the channels. This affects the :battlestart command.

Potential fixes (Optional, write a potential fix): Adding support for deleting messages would be the easiest fix to implement, the servers the bot is on may have to change the bot permissions if they change.

Operating System (What OS you are using): Windows 10

Additional Notes (Any additional notes about the issue): None

Worked through this implementation, everything is in place and working once re-invited to servers. Notifying the server owners of changes and then everything is ready.
