Consistent line delimiters, CR/LF vs. LF #105

Un-minified components/*.js files start with a copyright header that has LF as 
the line delimited. In the body of the .js files, lines are CR/LF-separated. 
This confuses certain viewers. Minified files use LF-only.

Thought it would help to have one or the other delimiter style throughout.
