Moving to Flutter Framework #16

Cause to moving

Python is good, but we need to move on. It has dynamic typization that may cause type errors. So I think Dart with Flutter framework is way we may choose. Also it necessary to think about backend language

Why Dart+Flutter

Dart is a relatively young language. It doesn't have a bunch of legacy code. Plus, it has strong typing and other development goodies. Paired with Flutter, it becomes a cross-platform tool with which you can quickly create applications for iOS and Android. At the same time, there is almost no need to adjust the code for each system.
