LTTP Logic File is done minus a few things

1) How to mark and track pins that appear in both Light World and Dark World at the same or different locations. 2) Issue #11 - Ganon's Tower Crystals 3) Issue #12 - Turtle Rock Medallion 4) Issue #13 - Misery Mire Medallion
