I want to use Reinand to have a Emunand on my N3ds but I don't want to take the risk to downgrade it

a new ARM9 exploit would be needed though? ntrcardhax works up to 10.3 but requires special hardware. and nothing supports that yet.

OK thanks for the info. I will stick to my Emunand on my O3ds

I suppose you should stick around on 10.3 on your New3DS. but the only way you're going to be able to have CFW/emunand on it is if you downgrade for now.

I stick on 10.3 on my N3ds for homebrew
