Buff Off #200

Can we get the ability to turn buffs off. There are times, ie tradeskilling, skilling up, etc because they may be far from each other and when they get close a whole bunch of buffs would be cast, that not having my bots buff would be nice

You can already do this using varset and ifs

Recommend pausing e3 to achieve this.
