what config should I use for the best performance plz help bro 😭😭

It's more an hardware issue in most case.

Just in the case you're running Sodium and C2ME (both in sinle player) you might want to limit the amount of threads for the "Chunk Update threads" in the "Performance" tab.

Otherwise default config should be enough.
