Client shows debug messages with no option to disable them

Describe the bug Debug messages appear on the client, and are not toggleable in the config.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get yourself to respawn/go through a nether portal with related settings enabled
2. A message like "Respawn completed in 16.57ms" will show up in actionbar.

Expected behavior Such debug options should be toggleable and off by default.

Runtime info (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 7 7601 (not os-specific, other users confirmed)
• Minecraft version: 1.19.2
• Mod version: 0.2.0+beta.7.1 devbuild for 1.19.2
