Releem agent tends to stop by itself from time to time #210

Just wanted to report that the Releem agent tends to stop by itself from time to time. So far in about 5 months we've been using it, it's stopped more than 10 times. Last time it stopped working, we checked the server whether or not there was a disruption, any downtime, etc and all services were running without any disruptions or downtime.

Not a real issue for us, just wanted to let you know.

Our build consists of CloudLinuxOS 8, cPanel, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Web Server, Imunify360, JetBackup 5 and MySQL 8 and we are using it for web hosting.

Please send us Releem agent logs from one of the server. It logs to syslog. Here is the guide how to check logs: https://releem.com/docs/getstarted#rec577028275

Just checked on both servers and last disconnection has been overwritten by newer logs. I can only find the logs of today's re-activation.

If it happens again, i'll make sure to send it to you.

Fixed, the root cause of the issue was errors when Agent couldn't send metrics to the platform.

Fixed in the latest release.
