Hazard rate calculations not "rolling up" #960

Describe the bug Assembly hazard rates are not being summed up.

Expected Behavior As a RAMSTK analyst, I want assembly hazard rates to be calculated as the sum of it's immediate children hazard rates so that the reliability of each level, up to the top-level, is calculated.

Actual Behavior When an assembly is selected and either the 'Calculate' or 'Calculate All' button is pressed, there are no results for the assembly. Component hazard rates (and associated metrics) are being calculated.

Reproduce

  1. Launch RAMSTK
  2. Select the Hardware tab in the module book
  3. Select an assembly in the module view
  4. Press the 'Calculate' or 'Calculate All' button

Logs No log entries.
