SuiteName must run on all PDB entries

We can't release SuiteName until we can run it on all of the PDB molecules because it will break the PDB output

• Make it run on 7k00 to start with, then set up to test them all
• Consider loading models around modified nucleotides and running on the rest of the molecule?
• Reduce/probe have fallback "last chance" naming that bases just on the basic atom name
• Phenix tries various things and then tries Elbow, which we don't have access to

Moving this to the back burner until we hear from the PDB and have completed Probe and Reduce. We'll make SuiteName produce the same output as the previous version and not try and integrate with PDB until then.

@todo: See if the source code for the PDB processes are published so that we can determine what they are running.
