Reduce2 Flipkins are not showing non-protein links #261

1dfu Histidine flipkins are showing the hydrogen but not the other bonds for the G 75 residue when zoomed in on His 88. They are drawn as white in the original flipkins.

In Reduce, DNA bases show up with mainchain and sidechain, colored white for mainchain and blue for sidechain as with protein.

Reduce2 version 1.2.0 generalizes the mainchain/sidechain in its Flipkins to handle nucleic acids in addition to amino acids.
