How do you access the onboard computer or otherwise put a program into it?

This is the kind of thing that belongs in a readme

Is this supposed to be related to the binding configured under Options -> Controls -> Mods -> Computer Core -> Open computer console? That only seems to take effect on Computers from Computer Core placed in the world, not On-board computers any way I can think of to interact with them (in inventory, dropped on the ground, placed in the grid)

Ah, I figured it out; you are supposed to install it in the grid of the vehicle and then point at the vehicle it is installed in and use the key bound to "Open computer console". However it doesn't work in some kinds of vehicles with grids (e.g. Electric Vehicles' Electric locomotive) even if it works in other vehicles in the same mod (e.g. Electric Vehicles' Electric tank)
