Patches several security issues in pod dependency libraries/frameworks/packages.
Upgrades vulnerable cocoapods & SQLite versions in scripts

Updates: added GitHub CI yml file for testing vs Travis, removed until adoption in project. Vuln commits squashed for brevity.
